Chapter 3 ended with Dennis picking up the pen, "...and did the one thing that seemed right at the moment." I believe the one thing that Dennis sees as right is not signing the report.

He knows that if he signs this one, he'll be signing more like it for the rest of his career. He couldn't live with that.
Besides, being in love makes you more honest and courageous...and he's got it bad, this is his first real love.
What I'm really hoping for is Dennis having a tape recorder in his pocket.
This is a great issue to introduce to the story, Nick...business ethics. Many companies these days like to tout the fact that they have a quality management process in place. I'll tell you, though, these same companies will allow quality to fall out the bottom before they would allow the bottom line to do so.
Btw, where can I order one of them sticker sets?
