The private life of a fictional character is not major news in India?

They certainly don't share the American sense of what is the most important breaking news of the day!

Well, I guess that the topic is such.... Indian newspapers, unlike Indian TV News-channels, like to keep away from this topic...

Sigh..

Actually thats not true. Around a day after it was posted here in the forum (last saturday), it came as a small frontline news in The Hindustan Times. I haven't really read the paper all this week so dunno if they wrote a article about it. The Hindustan Times always seems to report gay news. I see it such news all the time in their supplements 'City' and 'Business and World', and even in their main newspaper.

The article I read said he's not sorry that he got the tattoo -- just the ribbing he's getting from the other people at work. His kids are still Harry Potter fans.

I personally think a tattoo is a little permanent for something that the kids may no longer like in ten years time, but each to his own....

How polite, Graeme. I was going to say it was a bit tacky and declasse, but permanent works too. And how immature is it to get a ribbing because the wizard on your back just turned out to be gay....

I think it's pretty cool to do something like that
