Update: I just finished the first book
(In one sitting of course) . It is as good as any of Dan's other stories, 
but one killer of a cliffhanger . I make this plea to anyone who enjoys Dan Kirk's online stories:
Buy a copy of the book so Dan will get the next one out soon.
