Twenty-one was actually one of my favorite chapters to write, mostly because we really got to see the kinds of things Worthington is capable of doing now that he's 'fully functional'.

I guess if Kendrick has "programmed" all the other police officers to think Worthington and his gang are all Homeland Security agents, their reckless driving will be overlooked.
And, consider this from Chapter 22:
