Just in general, what are your favorite euphemisms for anything?
Here are mine for stupid:
The wheel is turning but the hampster is dead.
A few steers short of Texas.
Hoomschooled by poodles.
When he thinks, the rest of the world prays.
He's just as happy as if he had good sense.
She is wisest when quoting others.
He means well...
I think his head is just for looks.

Or "a taco short of a combination plate" and the like.
And then there are the euphemisms for one's sexual orientation, such as "playing for the other team."

One of my favorites is the one my grandpa always uses, which is, "dumber than the day is long."
Also, around the way, I always here people say things like, "more grimey than a little bit,"
Or, for something that's taking a long time, "it's been a minute."

His/her elevator does not go all the two the top.
I love that one. It is an old one, but I happen to like it for some reason.

Actually there are many euphemisms in the form of metaphors that are very amusing to me... but none quite come to mind tonight >_<
