I do however feel that this chapter was probably one of my favourites just due to the whole Disneyland story. I would have to believe that Disneyland holds a special place to DK from the detail that he put into describing the settings, the feelings, the emotions that the place generates.
yes, and how dare he bring demons into the happiest place on earth!

I guess the theme "Where Magic Happens" fits in greatly with the story

. I think by using Disneyland as the backdrop for where Worthington and Kyle finally realize their full love for each others made a bigger impression than if it was back in Claireville.
good observation, steve! although, I don't like the thought of kyle clamming up again when they go back home.

I'm curious though about the missing families. Other than Mark using it to convince the pair to go to Small World (BTW, love the ride, hate the music too!!!

), they really didn't solve the mystery of where the missing families were. Did anyone catch any clues on where this might be going?
nothing, nada, zip... not a blasted clifhanger, just a vertcal incline
oh, and I love the music to it's a small world!!!! in high school, I had a watch that beeped out the tune and the second hand jumped around in time to the music. all of the numbers were replaced with a country flag. I loved that watch.
