Wow! An intriguing entrance if I've ever read one! Can't wait to read more about Vash. And obviously more about Jackson and Casey. Thanks for sharing your brain children with us

Hi, sorry for taking so long to reply but I've been swamped. Glad you liked chapter one and I hope you like the rest just as much.

Chapter two is up and live.

I am currently working on chapter seven but the characters are becoming argumentative and trying to change the storyline on me.

Believe me that a witch and vampire can be very demanding. Even with others trying to keep the peace.

Hope your all enjoying the story so far. What do you think is going to happen? Or what do you want to happen?

Please let me know.

Next chapter is up.

I am currently on to writing chapter ten of approximately twenty chapters.

I am also taking ideas for the bloodiest way to make the bad alpha suffer before he dies.

Come on people, how shall I kill him?  or shall I let him live? 0:)

Hi!!

Ok. You asked for bloody ways to kill the alpha (and let's not forget the other alphas and guards). Ok how about putting a collar on them to keep them from shifting, then whip them into a bloody mess, then roll them around in a mound of salt, repeatedly, then after a month slit their throats. Naw, too tame. Cut off their man parts and stuff it down their throats, then cut their heads off. Or pull their guts out and string them up by them and let them hang there until they die. Or just tie 'em to a stake and burn 'em alive and let Vash light the fire.

Ok how are those ideas. LOL

Maybe I've missed something, but why can't Jackson mate Casey? Or is that still a secret to us readers? Right now, he really comes across as an asshole... Are you pushing Casey towards Vash? So many questions.

Ahhh, yes Cannd was still asking those questions when she was beta reading this bit.

All will be explained within the next two chapters, I promise, but untill then my lips are :X

Okay so Casey and Vash are now mated.

I know everyone is now up in arms at me about Jackson but I want people to really stop and think.

Jackson is a two thousand year old vampire. He is set in his ways and doesn’t like to have his decisions challenged. He is a high council member and is used to having his orders followed and being in charge.

Casey is a young man in his late twenty’s – I think he’s now 26 in this one. But time flies.

He is everything you would expect from a young man that has had to grow up fast after the loss of his mother. He runs his own life and runs the clinic with his brother. He is also very opinionated and always challenges views that he doesn’t agree with or understand. He wants someone to look after him but not smother him or try to control him.

If these two got together Jackson would want to look after Casey by running his life, he wouldn’t ask what Casey wanted he would just carry on regardless (that’s a great film BTW J ) this would then get Casey’s back up and he would cause an argument where both of them would probably say things they didn’t mean.

They need someone who can knock their heads together, then take charge occasionally and make both of them fall into line with what is needed. On the other hand they are both nurturers and need someone to look after.

I think Vash fits this bill. Lions are the kings of the jungle for a reason, they’re strong. Vash is also a scared and recently abused man. The two sides of him fill the gap and – I hope – will keep Casey and Jackson from killing each other.

He has already shown his willingness to take charge by insisting that Casey follow him to the garden. He has also shown he still needs looking after by freaking out after the bite.

More will be explained as the story goes but more comments and reviews are always appreciated.

Sorry Caz.. I hoped your reasoning would convince me, but it didn't. It's okay though... as a writer you can't please everyone... Personally, I think you sold Casey and Jackson short... for me love doesn't get divided up like a pie... and I think Vash deserved his OWN mate, not someone else's. You're an excellent writer and I wish you the very best... I am certain most others will like this development... I'm just weird that way... cheers... Gary

I knew going in that not everyone would like this turn of events. But after trying a few different ideas this one seemed to write its self. The story flowed and is actually nearly finished my end. I am sorry you didn't like this idea but on the plus side this is the last threesome one I am writing for awhile (the working out of three personalities is exhausting) and my next story is starting a new world with new characters.

As always thank you for your comments and reviews, they mean a lot to me as a writer and to me personally that you take the time to read and give me feedback. :)

I saw this coming when Casey first met Vash. And I'm okay with it. Your reasoning makes sense to me because I've always thought that Jackson and Casey needed a referee.  :funny:  But how old is Vash?

To me, love is never divided, only multiplied. The more you love, the more love you have to give.

Then of course, being three in a relationship isn't everybody's cup of tea, but maybe the reason for that isn't lack of love? Also, I'm one of the few people I know who is never jealous. That might explain why I can't see any problem, other than those present in any relationship.

This was just the direction the story took on it's own. when I first heard what author said about characters speaking to them I thought they were mad but they're right. The character's take on a life of their own and tell their own story.

Casey and Jackson were always arguing when I thought of them and I soon saw they needed someone to bang their heads together.

Who better than someone who can pull at their heart strings and growl at them when needed?

Can I slap Jackson??? Please?? :fight: To be as old as he is, he is woefully ignorant.  He's acting like a kid because he didn't get to do things the way he dreamed of and both of his mates are suffering. So he took his ball and went to his office to sulk. Geez, How CLUELESS can you make him? Arrrrrgh!! Vash is turning out to be a little powerhouse. I like that. Casey and Jackson weren't ever going to get together at the rate they were going. I'm loving this story....as I do all of your story's

What she said. It's about time someone slapped Jackson upside the head and I love that Vash was the one to do it.

Hmmmm, how to punish the shifter alpha? Well the collar is a good start. Vash had never shifted so did not really know what he was missing. The alpha will. Do shifters in your universe have to shift @ the full moon? That might be quite painful for an older shifter used to changing at will. What of bonded mates? Not good to take actions thatmight harm an innocent.

For me, you made a good case -- and gave me some additional insight into Casey -- about why they were both always at odds. The triumvirate is the balance that they both need, and from what  you've shown of Vash so far, he will be strong enough to provide the balance to Casey and Jackson while Casey and Jackson together will be able to balance Vash's strength as he matures and overcomes his early life. I'm glad that they are all starting to take their mating bond seriously, and I love the idea of starting over by dating. Now, to deal with the bad man... (I like the collar suggestion: give him a taste of his own medicine.)

Sorry been out of touch a while, been finishing another story and was a bit ill. But I'm back now!!!

I really hadn't thought about the full moon yet.

I must admit to usually killing off the bad guy. But I think you may have a point that he could suffer more alive. Hmmm!

I am glad I explained myself well enough about why I decided on a tri-mating for these characters. It was a hard decision but I couldn't see another way other than one of them changing who they are completely to fit the other. and no one should ever have to change themselves to satisfy anyone but themselves.

I am just writing their first date now. We'll see how much Vash has to intervene.

It's your story Caz, but you have put lots of ideas in my head about dealing with the alpha.

I'm always open to more ideas, the more the better, I may even combine as many as possible to make him suffer a long long time.
