It's white and gold. I can see how it might be blue and black, but it doesn't switch back and forth for me.

I see a light/powder blue or lavender purple.. and black or... mud brown.. (I would have said poop brown, but eh) Either way, it looks like a horrendous dress.

the only time i worried about a dress colour was went i was in college - we were all going on a river boat dance .. the idea was to cross dress ... (i had a much better figure back then ... and no beard ) ... turns out i was the only one to follow the plan .... bastards !

 

and it was white ... but this dress is BLUE

I think a lot depends on the lighting. Years ago, I had a car that the color was Deep Amethyst Pearl Clear Coat. Depending upon the angle of the sun as you walked toward it, it could look purple, blue, or black.

Just since I don't know what the point of this is...I'll say orange and black.
