Dreams. We live in dreams. And in these dreams, we are but mere phantasm, a moment passes and we disappear. We touch only lightly upon these dreams, and we move away as if we were never there. Forgotten forever.
Most people would want to be remembered, but without creating an imprint that would last for eternity. Fame and fortune are foremost in their minds, as if either of them would be of use to these fleeting dreams. My fame would be forgotten, to be replaced by more recent fame, more brilliant and beautiful. My fortune will rot, not long after my existence perishes from this temporal earth.
Why not touch, instead, the lives of people? Leave an imprint that they cannot shake off?
Why not show them their dreams? Why not show them their nightmares?
In this dream, anything is possible.
