Claude Severin is a carefree prostitute until he runs into Guy Sewell, a braggart who takes blood as wine. Guy offers Claude the chance of an education. Claude is happy to raise his station, but at what cost to his soul?

For the record I changed the title.
The writing is bit heavy. But I think it works for the most part. 
That said, the writing isn't deliberately meant to obfuscate. If things aren't clear, let me know. I take specific concerns about clarity and clunkiness very seriously.
