Kinda goes with the previous one.

Love Song

 

Precious is the time we have

So much I want to share

You know that it’s you I love

Feelings so deep it’s hard to bear

 

Every day I want to hold you

Keep you close as close can be

Even when you’re far away

You’re always part of me

 

I hope one day before we part

You’ll look at me and smile

I’ll know then that I’m in your heart

And that you loved me all the while

 

Won’t you write a song for me

So that you won’t forget?

A precious keepsake you can hold dear

A remembrance of when we met

 

Time is the enemy of a love so true

For one day one of us shall go

The other left with our memories

And tears we cannot slow

 

The day will come my sweet beloved

So please, I beg thee sing

The song of love you write for me

Embrace the love it brings

I do see a song in the future. It will be no less true than words set to music, but it will be in disguise - befitting the songwriter.

The poem was a beautifully phrased request.

and you brought these tears.
A simple song of love
proved as great as pure.

 

You had wrote it with such intense it came as perfect as your love for him. And I would like to see both of you do Salsa on this... ;)

aww, yes I'm sorry dugh. I hope you are all bearing up especially your mum. When my mum died i wanted anything from her that she'd written... diary, letters anything, but daddy made sure there wasnt. I encourage people to leave their family something.. hugs my friend xoxxo

Awww thank you so much Parker...Having been so close for so long, Mike and I were a bit surprised by the way things had changed. So we decided that we wouldn't let it happen again.
