Did anyone else just love that the kid's issue wasn't about coming out and trying to hide it, but just feeling insecure about his early puberty body compared to his mature crush? I get why the latter is such a theme in so many short films, but I love that more films are reflecting now that a kid can be openly gay in middle school and not get harassed for it.

Well said, Method! I definitely agree. I think it's a huge step forward to see this more and more these days. It's becoming less of a shock value issue, and that's amazing! Imagine what it might be like five or ten years from now.
