Bill W’s stories present adolescent to college age young men dealing with issues and situations that confront the gay community. These stories often contain explicit sexual scenes, but the content of the various selections is about far more than the isolated sexual escapades. While writing his first story, Trials and Tribulations, Billy has started a new story, The Field of Love. Both stories are a coming of age story centered around Andy Collins, Joey Adams, Sammy Day and friends. As the boys deals with their sexual orientation, they must also confront abuse and murder in the small mining town of Pine Hills, nestled away in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky.

CarlHoliday's stories fall primarily into two classes: sci-fi stories of a distant future where humanity is still plagued with violent warfare and religious bigotry; and, modern stories about characters facing and overcoming significant psychological challenges. Adversity, physical or mental, is a common theme through most of the stories. There is also a endearing quality to a lot of the stories as you see young gay men grow through the troubles they endure. Characters die here.

A reader commented Carlos practices socially engaged storytelling. Not preachy, but raising awareness of issues facing the GLBT community and humanity in general. These are tales grounded in real life, featuring gay men dealing with everyday concerns about family, friends, and relationships. Characters are men who tackle challenges instead of backing away from them. The author’s love of motorcycles and travel and his contempt for social injustice often play a central role in his stories.

Wrote bad science-fiction in high school, sent some out but got it all back. In college I learned I had a talent for writing historical fiction, but didn't do anything with that until the internet put me in contact with others of like mind. This led to nearly two decades of writing interactive stories set in Ancient Rome, then I discovered gay fiction online and decided to try my hand at it.
My main story is based on my high school years, and I'm also back doing sci-fi!

Stories crafted here are going to be filled with angst. You'll find abused, hurting characters who feel lost and just want to be safe and loved, whether they are human, neko, or something in between.

My stories are born from my deepest emotions, bubbling to the surface when they demand to be released. The subjects I pursue are as varied as my interests, and I love to explore different genres. Some of my work is dark, some of it is light-hearted, but I never write the same story twice.
