Running Far Afield is a fantastic afternoon read. Two teenage boys discover each other in an unlikely setting and over a period of 6 weeks develop a bond that lifts them up but does not please everyone around them.

This is a fabulous story, well worth the hour it will take to read.

I don't enjoy stories about teens. However, this was not the norm. This is a beautifully crafted story with a slow and realistic burn.  The characters are honest and real.  You cannot stop reading until the words run out.

A wonderful afternoon read.

Two teenage boys, Aaron and Chris, discover a friendship through there love of baseball.

Over a period of weeks there friendship leads to something more that doesn't please everyone.

You need to have an hour or two spare to read this truly wonderful story.

Response from the author:

Thank you! So glad you enjoyed it. ❤️

Like @Mikiesboy I’m not the greatest fan of teen dramas but this is so nicely-written, so well paced, that it comes across as authentic.  A very enjoyable story.  Well worth dipping into. You won’t put it down!
