Moggy's Mutterings - 49. Tangled Puppet

Shadows of the past
Reaching out to spin the present.
Turn this way, no that way.
Sometimes pushing
Sometimes pulling
Occasional shoving you under
So many shadows of the past blocking out the future.
Where does the past end and the future begin,
When you are a tangled puppet of the present?

Yeah, I can relate. We can't rid ourselves of the past, we can only learn to live with it. Great flow to this, moggy

The past moulds us, the present defines us and the future whispers of what we will move to become. Of course we’re tangled , none can stand alone ,  a little like Siamese Triplets , bound , dependent but distinct. I loved the thoughts this piece provoked.
