Series note:  There are three stories currently involving WET.  Chronologically, this story occurs first.  It is, however, stand alone.  Reading this is not required to enjoy A Bad Way to Wake up WET Parts 1 & 2 that arrive in Fall 2018 Anthologies.

Captain William Elijah Thomas (WET) is a young test pilot who gets some very interesting assignments, due to his superior piloting skills.  This story is fast moving, action packed, and well-written, with a touch of humor tossed in for good measure, so if you're a fan of science fiction, then be sure to check this story out.  I highly recommend it.
