Poetry posted in this category are works of fiction. Names, places, characters, events, and incidents are created by the authors' imaginations or are used fictitiously. Any resemblances to actual persons (living or dead), organizations, companies, events, or locales are entirely coincidental.

Spice Rack - 12. Passion

To cleanse the palate, then. If you find a mistake, you can blame me for it.

Feel free

to edit me,

to change my tense verbs,

rearrange my prepositions

and nouns;

but let

us now connect by conjunction

superlatively joined,

a bond none can

delete.

Many thanks to AC Benus and Asamvav111 for their help. Many thanks to you, dear reader, for taking the time to consider this poem. Please leave a comment, if you like.

It was irresistible to use this approach once it came to mind. Perhaps it illustrates how some strains of thought permeate one's consciousness. Thanks so much for reading and for your comments!

How to make an English lesson sexy ... this is on par with your math works. What should be dull and dry is not.

Thank you Dugh. Grammar is usually soporific. But it needn't be that way, must it?

Oh, Parker. I love your mind. You've used many different approaches, with the Spice Rack, and with your other poetry, and this one is just as effective. The beauty of love can be relayed in a myriad of ways... here is the proof. S'wonderful... s'marvelous ... cheers... Gary....

Gary, you are so very kind. I was unsure whether to include this one. You confirmed my instinct. I am delighted you enjoyed it.
