Spice Rack - 20. Collection

I fear I shall run out of space in the Spice Rack. But there is this one last bottle...

What taste

greets your soft kiss?

Is my neck salt-fevered,

my shoulders tangy or my spine

bitter?

Search out

my savory anatomy,

sample peak and valley,

each flavor for

your feast.

If you have comments, rants or recipes to share, you can leave them here. I enjoy hearing what you think.

My dear Chef... there is always more room in the spice rack ;)  This is quite the delectable offering.  I especially like 'salt-fevered'. :worship:

I am very happy you thought this enjoyable. And you picked up on my particular favorite phrase right away. Thank you, dear Val.

Why am I imagining small bowls of sundry sweet and tangy condiments and soft brushes for their application ... a bit of heat here, a little sweet there.

You make an excellent point. I now imagine someone cheerfully experimenting with new combinations and textures, and learning from every new notion. Thank you for your thoughts.

Oh, I like your detailed images. And I hope you have enjoyed these experiments and trials in taste and flavor. Now how do I set about cleaning up all these little bowls?

Fabulously liquid , like a long sip of a piquant Bloody Mary!

Yes, that sounds right - and which leaves a long, warm trail on the way down. I like that image. Thank you for responding.

An amuse-bouche....before the main course.. what's not to love about that. 😍

Sounds like you have a multicourse meal all planned out. Glad the Spice Rack is handy, then? Thank for your thoughts...

You have prepared a tasting menu, a series of amuse bouche, a demonstration of a chef's talent. And the chef is very talented, as all these wonderful poems can tell. So well done, dear friend. :)
