There are many great stories to be found in the Premium section. With the ending of Studly Ranch Hands, it was time to start posting a new premium story. Now, every Saturday, you get a chapter of Negative Splits, a contemporary story written by Cia. To learn a little more, check out the info below, and if it sounds like something that you might enjoy, here's the links for you to purchase Premium Content. Negative Splits Cia *Currently Posting* Kyp had enough smothering to last him a lifetime. He overcame so much to graduate high school. Now that he's finally at college, he's finding that the start is harder than he thought. He has a roommate for the first time in his life, and people who would like to be his friends if he'll let them in. Kyp wants to be independent, but circumstances beyond his control will teach him that sometimes the second half of the race is the hardest part. Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Romance Tags: Disability, College, North America, Coming of Age, Modern Rating: Mature Words: Currently Posting Negative Splits Excerpt: “You don’t have to come up.” Kyp hefted the bag higher on his shoulder and picked up his new coffee pot. “Sure we do. Do you think we’re just going to sit here in the hot car while you go back and forth?” Kyp’s dad picked up a bag with Kyp’s exercise equipment. “Or are you embarrassed to be seen with your parents?” There were a lot of other parents on campus, since students were all filtering in before classes started. Kyp had explored campus a few times over the summer, learning how not to get lost, and today was finally move in day at the dorms. “I don’t want you to get hurt lugging my stuff around.” “We’ll make a few trips. It’s not like there aren’t a ton of people here doing the same thing.” Kyp’s mom picked up a laundry basket full of clean towels and sheets she’d insisted he’d need. At least they were all from his bedroom and bathroom at the house; his mom wanted to go pick up some to coordinate his dorm room, but he’d pointed out he had no idea how his roommate was going to decorate his side. The concept of sharing a room was fucking weird. By the time Kyp was really old enough to remember growing up, both his sisters had left home. Most of the time it was just him and his parents, so he had his own room and bathroom. Kyp was used to a lot of privacy, and that was going to end as soon as Gibson Sheppard, his new roomie, showed up. Of course, he could’ve stayed home instead of choosing to live in the dorms, but he’d had about as much of his mom coddling as he could stand over the last year. Maybe sharing a room would show him what it’d be like having a sibling close to his own age. A lot of his friends growing up said they were jealous of him, telling him that wishing for a brother or sister to share with was nothing more than a pain in the ass. His mom had quit work to stay home with him when he came along late in their life, ferrying him around so he could do every sport and club. He’d had all the attention he could want—more attention, in fact. He’d had to work hard to get to this day, and he was going to be independent, even if his mom had teared up on their way back to the school, yet again, about not being there to take care of him. He’d reassured her over and over that he’d be fine, and they were only a half hour away, but it seemed like the third time she sent a kid off to college was not charmed. The wait for the elevator took nearly ten minutes, but they were able to squeeze in with a girl towing two suitcases behind her. She got off on the floor below his. “Coed dorms.” His mom shook her head. “In my day, girls at least had their own buildings.” “Not like it really matters to me,” Kyp said. As soon as the words left his mouth, he wished he could take them back.

Members choose to help support the site and keep it going by purchasing Premium Content which consists of a number of stories that are only available on the site by purchasing Premium. There are many great stories to be found in the Premium section. Now, I've been promising my readers a surprise.... so here it is. You might have noticed over the last few weeks that we've had two premium stories posting at the same time. Studly Ranch Hands has been posting on Wednesdays, while Journey's End by MA Church has been posting on Saturdays. Sadly, Journey's End finished posting on Saturday, so that means Studly Ranch Hands will be the sole Premium Story posting. You might be asking, what does that mean for the posting schedule since Premium usually posts on Saturday's. Well, you're in luck. I'll be posting Studly Ranch Hands twice a week, so you won't have to wait an entire week for the next installment. From this point forward, Studly Ranch Hands will be posting on Wednesdays AND Saturdays. So, for our Premium Promo this week, let's take a look at the current premium story, Studly Ranch Hands. Studly Ranch Hands Renee Stevens *Currently Posting* Marc got what he’d wanted for years, but it’s enough to tear apart his friendship with Casey. Marc tries to avoid Casey, but that’s not always possible. A series of incidents puts both of their jobs on the line and Marc and Casey have to decide whether or not the resulting consequences are worth continuing their feud. Or can they put the past behind them and learn to work together as the team they used to be, and maybe even explore what's between them? Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Romance Tags: Mature Adult, Animals, Gay, North America, Rural, Anal Rating: Mature Words: Currently Posting Studly Ranch Hands Excerpt: Marc swallowed the last of his own drink and headed toward the bar for the next round. Despite being the sole bar in town, it wasn’t busy and within a couple of minutes he was turning to head back to his table with three fresh beers. As he turned he felt his shoulder brush against a newcomer and turned to apologize, and found himself face to face with Casey. Had he realized Casey had the same idea he would have stayed in his seat and let one of the other two go. “Poulson.” Casey’s greeting dripped with hostility. “Morgan.” Fuck the apology. Marc pushed past him but stopped when Casey mumbled something under his breath. His entire body went stiff and he struggled to breathe through the anger. He should ignore it and walk away, but it built inside him until he was seething with every breath he took. “What the hell did you say to me?” “You heard me.” Casey leaned against the bar and tried to stare him down. “That’s bullshit and you know it.” Marc took a determined step toward Casey. He had a couple of inches on his former friend and wasn’t above trying to intimidate him. Not anymore. “It’s not bullshit if it’s the truth.” Instead of backing down, Casey straightened up, anger flashing in his eyes. “I’ve had it with this crap.” Marc clenched his jaw. He’d tried to keep his cool, but if Casey was itching for a fight that bad, Marc was ready and willing to oblige. He ignored the little voice in his head telling him it was a bad idea. Marc plunked the bottles he was holding onto the bar. He flexed his hands at his side and waited. He wouldn’t throw the first punch, but if Casey did, he wasn’t about to walk away. “I wasn’t the only one there and you damn well know it.” “You may as well have been.” Casey sneered and grabbed the beer the bartender set down. He tried to shoulder his way past, but Marc refused to move. “Oh, I don’t know about that. When are you going to admit you liked it?” Marc reached out and grabbed hold of Casey’s arm before the man made it past him. With a wrench of his arm he whirled him around. The beer Casey was holding slipped from his grasp, shattered on the floor, and beer splashed up onto their boots. Their gazes collided and Marc could see the fury simmering underneath the surface. Determined to use his height advantage, he took a step forward until there were a mere couple of inches separating them, forcing Casey to look up to meet his eyes. When Marc didn’t release his hold on him, Casey knocked his hand away.
  3. While the majority of the site is free, Premium Stories are available to members for a small fee. Premium access can be purchased in increments of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. We'll take a look at each of the stories that can be found in Premium to give you an idea of what is available. Some of our Premium Stories are part of a series. Today we're looking at the Ship Logs of the Santa Claus series by Mann Ramblings. Ship Logs of the Santa Claus Mann Ramblings The Luxorian Fugitive Book 1 Complete Sergeant Liam Jacks has made a life for himself on the cargo vessel the Santa Claus to escape the memories on civil unrest on Alpha Centauri. Life should be simple enough, but one mysterious passenger can unravel the quiet in ways he hadn't imagined. Category: Fiction Genres: Adventure, Drama, Sci-Fi Tags: Mature Adult, Military, Psionics, Gay, Anal, BDSM Rating: Mature Words: 79,151 A Cook's Tale Book 2 Complete Erron Murfin is the newest crew member on board the Santa Claus, piecing his life back together with the help of the crew and the chef, Gamin, a long time family friend. Sometimes starting over is easy. Other times the past and secrets of others make it much more difficult. Erron simply wants to belong. Shouldn't that make it simple? Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Romance, Sci-Fi Tags: Mature Adult, Military, Gay, Off-planet, Anal, Future Rating: Mature Words: 46,014 Priest and Pariahs Book 3 Complete As the head pilot of the Santa Claus, Priest is a scoundrel, a scammer, and a dreamer. A good time and making money is all he needs, but the ship intersects with a dwarf and a stranger, both with histories that may change Priest's priorities. Will their involvement and the secrets they hold risk themselves, or everyone on board the ship as well? Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Sci-Fi Tags: Psionics, Off-planet, Anal, Casual, Oral, Future Rating: Mature Words: 75,229 Series Excerpt: From The Luxorian Fugitive The cold sweat rolled off Liam Jacks's body as he sat upright in bed, sheets tangled around his legs. His deafening pulse drowned out the soft whirr of the environmental systems and the mechanical hum of the ship's movement. There was a hollow quality to the titanium hull of his private quarters that seemed to amplify the resonance of the dream. The large domineering man quaked like a child, the horror refusing to diminish in his awakened state. Liam looked around his room as his reality began to settle. The room was as dark as expected this far into the planetary cluster in spite of the lack of view ports. The only illumination came from the data screen on the wall, its soft digital green time code the only proof that he was not lost in the abyss. Yes, he was aboard the cargo vessel “The Santa Claus.” Yes, they were on route to Luxorian from Alpha Centuari Prime for a supply delivery and pickup. Yes, he was the security chief of the thirty or so employed on the ship. Yes, the dream was of a harsh memory, but still just a dream. “Mrs. Claus. Status report please.” Liam spoke in quiet shaken tones. Unsteady hands threaded through a tight head of auburn hair. A mature female synthetic voice hummed back in response. “It is 03:17 hours, Sergeant Jacks. We will be docking at Luxorian Spaceport Alpha at approximately 11:15 hours. System sync to the Luxorian environment is in progress and will be complete in 2:25 hours. Is there any thing else I can do for you?” “No.” His reply was brusque, but you couldn't hurt Mrs. Claus' feelings. She was artificial after all. Normally, Liam found his best friend and ship's captain Marc Danverse's penchant for ancient Earth history endearing, hence the ship's name and the computer's voice identity, but tonight there was no comfort in it. It was hard enough to sleep normally when forced to acclimate to a new planet’s environment and timeline every time you came into port. The ship's systems were designed to gradually shift the sleep cycles of everyone on board to match up to active hours for each destination. Not that it mattered this time; the option for rest was as fractured as his self-esteem right now.

Desolation Angels layla Dare gets lost in the music playing inside his head, so lost that the rest of the world melts away. Will giving up the music give Dare a chance at a so called 'normal' life and the love of the bandmate he adores, or will it cost him everything, including himself. Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Romance Tags: Music, Psychology, Adult, Gay, North America, Depression Rating: Mature Words: 95,330 Desolation Angels Excerpt: Dare sat on the stoop and hummed, his guitar across his lap, fingers absently caressing the strings as his green eyes stared off into the distance. If someone had asked, he never would have been able to describe what he was looking at, the things he saw, when he was ‘dreaming,’ were more shapes and colors and swirls of notes and images bathed in light. Some thought him a bit eccentric, while others out and out called him crazy, though never where his big brother Tommy could hear. Tommy played bass in their band, the Desolation Angels, he lived in the house too, all the band did, but they were at work right now. Dare couldn’t work, he’d tried a few times but it never lasted long, he always ended up ‘dreaming’ on the job, and they’d have to call his brother to come get him, telling Tommy he was fired, because when he ‘dreamed’ he couldn’t hear anything outside of the music that twisted and rolled through his head. It was okay with Tommy though, ‘cause Dare wrote killer songs and the people who came to the bars to hear them loved their sound and the dark, haunting words that Dare belted into the mic. Tommy’s boyfriend Mark played the drums, and his other boyfriend, Paul was their rhythm guitarist. They made sort of a weird threesome, but it worked for them and Dare didn’t mind ‘cause sometimes they let him curl up in their bed too, cuddled to one of them when he was too restless in his own bed to stay put. They’d all grown up together anyway, so who really cared? They were more than just a band, they were family, and as long as they had each other, the rest of the world really didn’t matter anyway. The last member of their band was Sionn, who’d moved into their neighborhood when he was ten. His family had immigrated from Scotland, so he still spoke with the rolling, deep brogue of his homeland, a sound that sometimes sent shivers up and down Dare’s spine. He loved listening to Sionn talk, loved listening to him telling stories of kelpies and red caps and all manner of other lore. Sometimes that deeply accented voice was the only voice that could pull him from the ‘dreaming’ though it felt at times like Sionn resented the necessity of it all; resented him for his oddities and the fact that he only seemed to stay focused when he was standing on the stage, playing one of his songs.

Chosen of Honorus Andrew_Q_Gordon The Dark God Neldin has renewed his war with his siblings. The Six have chosen Farrell, last grand master wizard in the Seven Kingdoms to lead the fight against Neldin and his black wizard, Meglar. Joined by others who oppose Neldin, Farrell must still over come his self doubt if he wants to survive. Category: Fiction Genres: Adventure, Fantasy Tags: Mature Adult, Magic, Wizards, Adult Rating: Mature Words: 115,380 Chosen of Honorus Excerpt: Prince Farrell of Haven sat cross-legged, hovering three feet above the ground, dwarfed by the stone pillars on either side. A gentle spring breeze swept softly over his skin and lifted his long brown hair as he faced the mountains. The morning sun slowly began its westward journey. He closed his eyes and felt the area around him, from the dips and curves in the land forming a shallow bowl before him, to the hoof-hardened Plains of Gharaha at his back. The nape of his neck tickled as a droplet of sweat ran down, but he tuned it out, feeling instead for flaws in the walls. He needed the dimensions to be perfect. Anything less threatened his chances of defeating Meglar, the greatest and darkest wizard of their time. Balance and symmetry, that's how this weapon would work. He blinked his eyes open, satisfied. The twin stone monoliths were six hundred feet apart and fifty feet tall. The mountain had been smoothed and polished to a height of exactly three hundred feet. From tip to tip, his work extended two miles from end to end; one mile on either side of the gates directly in front of him. When closed, the gates would be entirely undetectable. Even by a great wizard. Even by the greatest wizard. Yes, the left side felt perfect; now for the right. As he closed his eyes and refocused on the right side, an eagle screeched in the distance. Another screech cut through the air, and with it came a tingle. No matter how he tried to ignore the piercing sound, he couldn't. No ordinary bird called to him. Reaching out with his senses, he tried and failed to locate what his ears told him he should find. Startled and annoyed, he roused himself and looked up. A pair of brilliant blue eyes, mere inches from his face, greeted him.

Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Romance, Sci-Fi Tags: Medical, Military, Aliens, Space, Future Rating: Mature Words: 50,883 Series Excerpt: From The Degan Incident I stepped off the magtrain and made my way up the concourse, pushing my way through the crowds of people. I looked up at one of the wall displays and noted the time. I was cutting it close, but I still had a few minutes before my shift. While weaving between a trio of blue-skinned aliens speaking in a foreign tongue, I reached into the pocket of my uniform and pulled my headset out. I looped it over my ear and pressed the silicone nub into my ear canal. I pulled my comPad from the side leg pocket, then slid my finger across the razor-thin flexi-glass screen. The screen came to life with colorful graphics, waiting to scan my thumbprint to log me in. Pressing my thumb against the indicated area flashing on the screen, it dinged with a chime that indicated success, and automatically linked up my headset and signed into the Spaceport network. After the chime, the pleasant female computer voice announced into my ear, Devin McSmith; login successful. With another swipe of my finger, I flipped through my day’s manifest and headed to the first gate on my list to start work. It was the start of my last shift of the week at Spaceport Prime. I loved working at the spaceport. In operation for nearly thirty years, Spaceport Prime was the largest spaceport on Earth’s North American continent. The Spaceport serviced regular shuttles to Spacedock Luna in orbit around the moon, various Union Navy cruisers and shuttles, as well as ships from other star systems. Since Earth joined the Galactic Planetary Union which ended the bloody war with the Mirans, the space trade industry here has grown by leaps and bounds. I feel like I am part of it, right in the middle of everything. Since I was a little boy, I wanted to join the Union Navy. More than anything, I dreamed of flying through space as part of a crew of interstellar explorers. Unfortunately my scores weren’t high enough to qualify entrance and the Union Navy recruiter denied my application.

Category: Fiction Genres: Drama, Sci-Fi Tags: Aliens, Gay, Off-Planet, Space, Anal, Love Rating: Mature Words: 26,309+ Series Excerpt: From Taken I was seventeen when the aliens first appeared, so my parents assumed I was safe. The final collection would occur before I turned twenty-three. I didn’t fall within the guidelines the aliens had established, so I thought I had nothing to fear. I was wrong. Exactly one week before my twenty-third birthday, an extraction team showed up to collect me. My parents were distraught, and I fought them, but nothing stopped them from taking me. Somebody somewhere had made a terrible mistake. But no one would listen to me. “I’m not supposed to be collected!” Men in SWAT gear dragged me to a waiting van. One of the aliens stood off to the side, watching. I dug my feet into the ground, trying to halt the parade of their progress. Two human soldiers were beside me, trying to secure my arms behind my back, but I kept twisting and jerking, frantic to break their hold on me. “Listen to me! I’m only twenty-two years old.” “Son of a bitch, stop jumping around, you little fag,” the man to the right of me hissed as he grabbed at my wrist and twisted. “Fuck!” I yelled as pain radiated up my arm. I managed to get my other arm free long enough to get in a good solid shot at the asshole who was currently trying to twist my hand off. I busted his nose. Anger boiled in his eyes as he whipped his arm back to strike me. Before the blow could land, the Tah’Narian with the extraction team jerked the man away from me by the front of his shirt. Another human took his team member’s place immediately, but my focus was on the alien, not the other man holding my arm.
